The three things that kill us long before we are even born is the following:
1. Taxes: the most burdensome activity that all working people pay to their government and bankers
2. War: Death by Patriotism
3. Corporatism: The reason why the two above exist
I. Taxes: To solve this problem the ordinary hard working American and citizen of any country should stop paying their Federal Income Tax; force an audit on the Federal Reserve Bank, subpoena the Board of Governors, eradicate all private central banks, audit all merchant and investment banks, put all bankers and investors on trial; ensure all funding for each of these activities come from the local treasury of a small community of approximately 1000 people (hence, lots of senators and representatives). All bankers, investors, speculators (the risiculously rich one's who make millions or hundreds of thousands) would be tried before a jury of 300 citizens who have been chosen by their local consituency based on those 300 citizens knowledge of justice, economics, and truthfulness.
Another issue are "charities," "religious institutions" and "labor unions" - I suggest they all should be taxed, audited on a yearly basis (for free of charge by voluntary accountants and auditors who will be unbiased, honest, truthful, and transparent). Charities should be audited and taxed to keep them accountable to the public. Religious institutions would also be taxed because they are getting rich off of other people's hardworking earnings. All religions, no exceptions, would be taxed to death according to the people's wishes. Religion should NOT ask for money in the first place if they do not want to be taxed. There is a special case regarding the Catholic Church though: once they have been audited and taxed, and start to be held accountable, they must release all texts hidden in their vaults to the public domain. Nothing will remain hidden. In the case of government and military intelligence files: they must all be declassified and be immediately released to the public; no exceptions; no exemptions.
As to the question of what would happen if one person were to work twice as hard as another and earn twice the money. In that case, if the person had indeed worked hard, they keep their earnings and income. Just get audited - often. Also, getting yourself audited should be free of charge. Hey, we don't like wasting taxpayer money.
II. War: Before a war can be declared; 30 days before that all the richest people from government, banking, arms manufacturers, arms dealers, and CEOs will be asked to be the first to conscript. This is regardless of their AGE, SEX, RELIGIOUS AFFLIATION, or anything "irrelevant." If they are too rich for their own good, fuck it. They deserve it. If they want war, let them fight in the front lines - being paid the same as anyone else - trained in brutal bootcamps, and required to go through the same conditions as any ordinary soldier. If they refuse, they can be taken off to jail for "treason." Simple punishment for hypocrisy and outright "manipulation" of the public.
Next, during this time, there would be a plebiscite on whether or not war should be declared. Only those who are qualified to fight (except the above bankers, corporate financiers, and swindlers) will be allowed to vote. Of course the bankers and rich would want to go to war to make richers - therefore, they must not have any say in the PEOPLE's vote. If the people vote no, there is no war.
Finally, if war is declared - the rich suckers will be the first one's to be killed as they will be leading the charges. Also, during war time, no civil liberties will be compromised. During wartime, the property of the private central bankers, corporations, and rich fucks will be given to the public as public domain.
All of the above three steps will be explicitly stated and enforced by the will of the people.
III. Corporatism: This may sound like a "communist" or even an "anarchist" solution to the two above problems. Basically, the solution lies in the people forming communities of approximately 1000 each who elect one of their own as a representative to Capitol city for six months. Each person will get a turn at office and politics. Also, all corporations will be chartered for a temporary amount of time; their profits given off the public, and audited constantly by the people by volunteers. All corporate business operations will be regulated by workers - everyone will be paid the same, as in - anywhere ABOVE the poverty line (but by then, there would be no such thing as poverty and hunger in the world). Everyone will be paid the same, and everyone will sit on a council that decides how the company is to be run, and also be involved with the community (however you define community - your neighborhood for example).
The working class will not be taxed. The Middle class (if it still exists - maybe people who own assets in the 100 000 to 999 999 range) will be taxed only 0.5%. All banks, corporations, and institutions (think tanks, unions, businesses, religions) will be taxed to the bone for as long as they function. Bailouts and salvaging or rewarding corrupted or failed institutions of any kind would be illegal. Money therefore, would be in the public domain, and there would be no debt, no interest rates, no war, and no poverty. Call it a "classless" society...but class is a concept and a reality that will always exist to some degree or another.
With these three steps, the world can be a better place.
Disclaimer: I am neither a communist, an anarchist, a socialist, a hardcore capitalist, a neo-liberal, a neo-Con, or an Atheist. I do not endorse any one religion in particular, nor do I support any private corporation. I am an individual, and I, while a working class member and from a Middle class family loves his freedoms, and would like to fight for it. That is why he wrote the above.
P.S. Liberty - Freedom with Responsibility - on an individual level.
